We need to set a communications meeting date and time.
1) Can folks meet in the morning? (Peter works afternoon/evenings). If mornings aren't doable, we'll need to do weekends. May weekends are tough for me.
2) You are welcome to meet at my house, 1498 Fremont Ave. (directly across from Harding's tennis courts).
3) If mornings work for everyone, here are some dates that work for me:
Friday May 2;
Thursday, May 8
Friday, May 9
Tuesday, May 13
Thursday, May 15
If none of these work we can go to the next week.
4) Preferred times: 9:00 - 10:30; 9:30 - 11:00; 10:00 - 11:30 am Hopefully an hour and a half should be enough time. We can always adjust.
5) Please send your 1st & 2nd choices (use 'reply all' so everyone can know)
